Saunabåden er på foranledning af By og Havn, fjernet fra bådpladsen. Grundejerforeningen har fremsendt ansøgning, om godkendelse af saunabåden til at kunne ligge ved vores bådpladser. Indtil afgørelse, er saunabåden ikke tilgængelig.
Saunaudvalget
Beboere på Havneholmen 20-42 har adgang til en Saunabåd der ligger i havnen.

Saunabåden har en kapacitet på 6-8 personer ad gangen, og alle medlemmer har et ansvar for at bruge saunaen med respekt for kapacitet og vedligehold.
Medlemskab og kontingent
Du har nu mulighed for at blive medlem af Saunabåd Havneholmen og tilmelding sker via mail til vores fungerende administrator Martin mk@wadm.dk med angivelse af et navn og adresse.
Kontingentet er på 1000 kr. pr. år pr. lejlighed, og skal indbetales til følgende konto:
Reg. 5314 Konto 0000242856.
Det er samme princip som indbetaling til opbevaring af kajakker SUP’s mv. Kontingentmidler dækker vedligehold, leje af bådeplads og overgang til el-opvarmning, låse mv.
Så snart man har indbetalt kontingent vil I modtage en indbydelse til vores saunabåds bookingkalender, kodelås samt lidt information om god saunaetikette og regler for brug af saunaen.
Varmekilde
Saunabåden opvarmes via brænde og skal i fremtiden overgå til el-opvarmning
Ibrugtagning
Så snart man har indbetalt kontingent, må man gerne bruge saunabåden, hvor I, i overgangsfasen til el, selv skal sørge for brænde til optænding.
Bookingsystem
Vi har oprettet en google kalender hvor man kan booke tider til saunaen. Udgangspunktet er, at der kan bookes for en time ad gangen. I vil modtage en mail til booking-systemet, så snart I har indbetalt kontingentet.
Kodelås
Saunabåden aflåses efter brug med kodelås, som oplyses ved medlemskab. Det er vigtigt at respektere, at koden ikke deles med andre end husstandens beboere, og at saunabåden ikke kan lånes ud.

Important!

The sauna boat has been removed from the boatyard at the behest of "By & Havn" . Grundejerforeningen has submitted an application for approval of the sauna boat to be able to moor at our boat berths. Until a decision is made, the sauna boat is not available.
Saunaudvalget
The sauna boat has a capacity of 6-8 people at a time and all members are responsible for using the sauna with respect to its capacity and maintenance.
Membership and subscription fee
You can now become a member of ‘Saunabåd Havneholmen’ by sending an email to our acting administrator Martin mk@wadm.dk with your name and address.
The subscription is 1000 DKK per year, per apartment, and the payment should be made to the following account: Reg. 5314 Konto 0000242856. This follows the same principle as for payment for storage of kayak and SUPS. The membership covers maintenance, rent of the boat space, and the transformation to electrical heating, locks, etc.
As soon as you have paid the membership fee, you will receive an email with an invitation to the sauna boat’s booking system, the code for the lock, and some information about good sauna etiquette and rules for using the sauna.
Heating
The heating of the sauna boat will go from briquettes to electricity – we are currently working on getting that installed.
As soon as the subscription fee has been paid, you can start using the sauna boat. During the transition phase to electrical heating, you can heat with briquettes, which you can buy in Silvan.
Using the sauna
As soon as you have paid the subscription, you are welcome to use the sauna boat, where you, in the transition phase to electricity, must provide your own firewood for kindling.
Booking system
We have created a Google calendar where you can book hourly timeslots for the sauna. You will receive a link to the booking system via email as soon as the subscription fee has been paid.
Code lock
The sauna boat is locked with a code lock, and you will receive the code when you become a member. Please do not share this code with anyone who isn’t a member.
